ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs.
Support and guide Physical Therapist Assistants.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
Document progress and maintain productivity standards.
QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Hold (or are eligible for) an IL state PT license.
Experience in rehab, long-term, or acute care is a plus — new grads welcome!
