Operational Leadership:

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise nursing home staff, including nurses, administrative personnel, and support staff.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Resident Care:

• Ensure the provision of compassionate and person-centered care to residents.

Budget and Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the nursing home budget, ensuring financial sustainability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Current state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator

Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or long-term care facility

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced and challenging environment
