Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - PRN Vacation Coverage $35/hr weekdays | $40/hr weekends 7/31/26-8/25/26 | Up to 8 hrs/shift
Community Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN PTA to provide vacation coverage in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

- Active Illinois PTA license
- Ability to work PRN hours during coverage period
