Position Overview

Physical Therapist Job in Chicago, IL – Join a forward-thinking integrative healthcare clinic dedicated to helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based care while addressing the root causes of dysfunction for long-term wellness.

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Design and progress rehabilitation programs based on patient needs and goals
  • Educate patients on movement, recovery strategies, and injury prevention
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
  • Deliver patient-centered, outcomes-driven therapy services
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
  • Assist patients with exercises, mobility training, and therapeutic activities
  • Safely support or lift up to 40 lbs when necessary
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing
  • Individual NPI
  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, biomechanics, and movement science
  • Experience with manual therapy and functional rehabilitation preferred
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in additional integrative modalities
Skills
  • Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment abilities
  • Comprehensive musculoskeletal and functional movement evaluation skills
  • Postural and biomechanical analysis expertise
  • Ability to identify mobility restrictions, muscle imbalances, and movement dysfunction
  • Differential diagnosis of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
