About the Role

As a Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead at Eyas Landing
- Avondale, you will provide physical therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Physical Therapists. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth through:

• Providing individualized and group therapy
• Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and
  Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)
• Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
• Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Physical Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $80,000-$90,000
