Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver will provide assistance to individuals in their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well‑being.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders, including special dietary needs.
• Escort clients to appointments and run errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client health and manage behavior when necessary.
• Maintain household records and assist with personal laundry and shopping.
• Support clients with transfers, walking, and exercise assistance.

• 1+ year of experience in assisted living, senior care, or related fields.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and proficiency in caregiving techniques.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with home care systems.
• Background in childcare, social work, or related fields (desired).

• Hourly pay ranges from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, with overtime paid for work over 40 hours per week.

Positions include full-time, part-time, live‑in, and weekend roles.

• Valid  Social Security Card.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Driver's License (required).
• Ability to commute to North/Western Suburbs; planning to relocate before starting work.
• Full‑time or part‑time employee status.
• Work schedule includes 4‑hour or 8‑hour shifts, day or night shifts, rotating weekends.
