FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for in-home and senior living assignments in Evanston, IL. You will provide one-on-one care to older adults, perform evaluations, and develop individualized plans of care under the Geriatric House Calls model.
You’ll have autonomy to manage your schedule, collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs and Fitness Specialists, and may incorporate telehealth to extend access.
