Labcorp Phlebotomist Rover – Chicago, IL
Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Rover to join our team in Chicago, IL.
Location & Schedule- 1400 W. Greenleaf, Chicago, IL – Monday‑Friday 9:00am–12:30pm
- 2200 W. Touhy Ave, Chicago, IL – Monday‑Friday 1:00pm–5:00pm
- 1300 W Devon, Chicago, IL – rotating Saturdays 8:30am–12:30pm
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs
- Provide superior customer service to all patients
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
- Travel to additional sites when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of phlebotomy experience with pediatric and geriatric patients
- Phlebotomy certification or completion of a recognized training program, or prior experience as a phlebotomist is required
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record, if applicable
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test
$17.50 – $24.50 per hour
