- Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Therapeutic Assistant/Behavior Technician Flex (TA/BT Flex) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL.

, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14
years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD),
ADHD
, sensory processing disorder
, and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a school-based, team-driven program that supports every student's growth.

About the Role

As a TA/BT Flex at Eyas Landing
- Avondale
, you will foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

• Providing individualized therapy
• Collecting data on programming
• Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent college credit (60 credits) required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Completion of 40-hour training of ASD and behavioral related subjects/evidence-based techniques
• Experience working with children or clients with special needs required
• Experience working with children with autism preferred
• Active BACB certification preferred
