Physical Therapist, PT

InHome Therapy is hiring multiple full-time licensed home care Physical Therapists (PTs) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Chicago. If you are looking for a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a team that supports you - we would love to hear from you.

- Estimated annual salary of $94,000 - $116,000 per year (based on a pay per visit model)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
- Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
- Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
Requirements
- Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
