Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Physical Therapist that would be interested in a 12 Week, Full-Time Contract at a Hospital in Chicago, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Location:

Chicago, IL

Pay Rate (Local): $72 per hour

Total Travel Package: $3,358.00/week

* Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package *

• Taxable Wages = $1,300.00/week
• Weekly Housing Allowance = $1,414.00/week
• Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $644.00/week

Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes = $3,033.00

Schedule:

• 40 hours/week, 5x8 hour shifts
• 8:00AM to 4:30PM
• Monday – Friday (No weekends!)

Duration:

• 12 Weeks (Likely extension)

Requirements:

• 2+ Years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Inpatient and outpatient experience
• IL PT License, BLS
• ASAP Start
