Registered Dietitian – Community Health & Nutrition Services

Chicago, IL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Schedule | Pay Range: $68,000–$82,000 Annually

Compensation is determined based on a combination of experience, education, bilingual ability, and overall community health background.

Role Overview

This role focuses more heavily on practical nutrition planning and participant wellness support rather than highly clinical inpatient nutrition management.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide individualized nutrition counseling and dietary education
  • Develop patient-centered nutrition and wellness plans
  • Support meal planning and nutritional coordination
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Partner with food service vendors regarding dietary planning needs
  • Maintain clinical documentation and patient records
  • Educate patients and families on nutritional wellness goals
  • Support preventative health and long-term wellness initiatives
