Role OverviewThe Registered Dietitian will support patients through nutrition counseling, individualized dietary planning, meal coordination, and wellness education within a community-based outpatient healthcare environment.
This role focuses more heavily on practical nutrition planning and participant wellness support rather than highly clinical inpatient nutrition management.
What You’ll Do- Provide individualized nutrition counseling and dietary education
- Develop patient-centered nutrition and wellness plans
- Support meal planning and nutritional coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Partner with food service vendors regarding dietary planning needs
- Maintain clinical documentation and patient records
- Educate patients and families on nutritional wellness goals
- Support preventative health and long-term wellness initiatives
