Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 annually (based on experience) plus $10,000 sign on bonus, generous bonus potential
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Chicago is looking for an experienced Clinical Director to oversee and advance a successful outpatient physical therapy clinic. This role is ideal for a motivated Physical Therapist who enjoys leading teams, driving clinical excellence, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic practice.

- Direct day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality care
- Carry an outpatient caseload while providing clinical leadership
- Coach, mentor, and develop physical therapists and PTAs
- Uphold excellence across orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance programs
- Support clinic growth through strategic initiatives and performance improvement /li>
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Monitor and report key performance indicators
- Collaborate with ownership to maintain a positive and high-performing clinic culture
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- At least 5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Active Illinois PT license (or license-eligible)
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong clinical interest in orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance rehab
- Organized, self-driven, and collaborative leadership approach
- Commitment to developing and mentoring clinical teams
