Join Atrium Health Care Center, a Northshore nursing facility, as a Housekeeper! As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of our residents' rooms. With a focus on providing exceptional care and attention to detail, you will ensure that every resident feels at home in our quiet, residential community.

• Ensure residents' rooms are neat, clean, and free from odor
• Perform daily wet mopping of floors
• Buff floors as requested
• Shampoo and extract carpets according to schedule
• Attend to spills immediately
• Empty trash liners and clean containers
• Clean bed and rails with disinfectant
• Clean all countertops, windowsills, bedside tables, furniture, and over the bed
• Strip, seal, and refinish floors according to schedule
• Clean floor edges and corners to prevent build-up
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Clean personal items, pictures, decorations, flowers, etc.
• Demonstrate correct safety techniques
• Respect and take care of facility equipment and not wasteful of supplies
• Contribute to effective communication and pleasant working conditions
• Comply with privacy practices and protect residents' health information
• Follow facility's policies and procedures
• Continue growth and expand job knowledge
• Demonstrate leadership skills
• Contribute to and promote positive resident and family relations
