Assist residents/clients with a high quality of personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy;
Assist residents with mealtime and meal preparation;
Complete and document shift assignments; report to nursing supervisor if unable to complete;
Communicate with residents, families, Department Heads and the Director of Resident Services as needed;
Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner
