Description
Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive.
As a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead at Eyas Landing, you will provide physical therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes while overseeing a team of Physical Therapists.
You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD),
ADHD
, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth through:
- Providing individualized therapy
- Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and
Intentional Relationship Model (IRM) - Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
- Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Physical Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth

:
Monday-Thursday, 10-6:30pm and Friday, 9-5:30pm
