Medical Receptionist - Fifth Avenue

Job Title:

Full‑Time Medical Receptionist – Fifth Avenue office (ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) & Hümi).

Hourly: $21/hr.

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Assisting incoming patients
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Entering patient demographics into the computer
• Pulling and filing medical charts
• Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed
• Serving as the front‑door face of the practice for patients

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Epic experience is a plus
• Independent work and teamwork skills
• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance (plus)
• Bilingual Spanish (plus)

• Monday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Tuesday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Wednesday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Saturday (1–2 per month): 8:00am – 12:30pm
