Friend Health – HRDI is seeking an IM+CANS Assessor to complete high-quality Medicaid IM+CANS assessments for individuals in substance use disorder services. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to inform treatment planning and care coordination across outpatient, OTP, and residential settings.
