Position: In-Clinic BCBA – Northwest Indiana (Hammond) Community-Based Near Chicago)| $100K+

Location: Hammond, IN all services are delivered in Northwest Indiana
Setting: Community-Based / In-Home Services
Schedule: Full-Time
Starting Salary: $100,000/year + performance-based bonuses

Requires active BCBA certification and Indiana LBA licensure.

Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a great opportunity for Chicago-area BCBAs looking for a short commute across the state line into a supportive, community-embedded clinical role.

A Note for Chicago-Area Candidates

This position is based in Hammond, IN, Hammond is a short drive from Chicago's South Side and southern suburbs, making this a realistic commute for many Chicago-based clinicians.
Indiana LBA licensure is required (or eligibility to obtain it); we're happy to talk through what that process looks like for Illinois-licensed BCBAs.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy in home/community settings

  • Provide parent training and caregiver coaching

  • Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Ensure clinical quality and adherence to ABA best practices across community-based service delivery

What We're Looking For
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing (required)

  • Active Indiana LBA licensure, or immediate eligibility to obtain (required)

  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field

  • Experience with pediatric ABA preferred

  • Reliable transportation

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical care
