Perform treatment and provide exercise instruction and patient education to improve well-being;
Follow the established plan of care as defined by supervising Physical Therapist;
Instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercise, gait, functional activities, ADL, transfer, safety, and prosthetic training;
Observe, record, and report patient responses and changes in condition to supervising PT/nurse/physician;
Coordinate care with other healthcare team members as appropriate
