Symbia is expanding and hiring Physical Therapists at all experience levels, including new graduates
. The position offers full-time, part-time, PRN, and new graduate opportunities. A structured Professional Mentorship Program helps transition into practice.

• Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs.
• Support and guide Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
• Document progress and maintain productivity standards.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold (or be eligible for) an Illinois state PT license.
• Experience in rehab, long-term, or acute care is a plus – new graduates welcome.
