Clinical Therapist – PRN Outpatient

Busy behavioral health setting looking for enthusiastic candidates to join the team as a Clinical Therapist.

Hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 9:00-5:30 pm.

Plan, direct, define, and coordinate individualized and group therapeutic support and services to patients with mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse issues in an outpatient setting.

• Provides a broad range of therapeutic and psychiatric social work services to mentally or emotionally disturbed patients.
• Acts as a liaison with hospitals, clinics, referral sources, and other medical professionals/centers affiliated with the facility.
• Collaborates with psychiatric and interdisciplinary teams in diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Assess relative, cognitive, behavioral, or emotional problems.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

Master's degree in human services field. Must be licensed in the State of Illinois; limited or full licensure welcomed.

One-three years of experience or related experience, preferably in community mental health.

Current State of Illinois LMSW (Licensed Master's Social Work) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor).
