We’re currently hiring home health Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) in and around the South Side of Chicago, IL treating the adult and geriatric population.

Compensation and Benefits*

  • IHT COTA Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
  • The visit rate for this role ranges from $39 - $45 per visit
What You’ll Do
  • Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
  • Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
  • Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

What You’ll Need
  • Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
  • BLS CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

* This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full‑time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company‑paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
