We're partnering with an innovative, clinical-stage biotechnology company entering an exciting period of growth following significant pipeline and corporate milestones. With an FDA-approved therapy now entering commercialization and additional assets progressing through development, the organization is investing in building a high-caliber Medical Affairs team across the United States.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious MSL who wants more than simply maintaining existing relationships. You'll become a trusted scientific partner to leading academic institutions and key opinion leaders while helping establish the company's medical footprint during a pivotal stage of growth.

- Be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where Medical Affairs plays a highly strategic role.
- Build relationships with nationally recognized KOLs and major academic centers across the Central U.S.
- Strong opportunity for career progression as the organization continues to expand its Medical Affairs function.

- Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries (approximately 2-3 years is ideal).
- Experience or scientific interest within immunology, oncology, hematology, neurology or rare disease is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative mindset and desire to grow within a fast-moving biotechnology environment.
- Willingness to travel throughout the region (approximately 50-70%).
Ideally based in one of the following locations:
