Erie Family Health Centers is seeking a WIC Nutritionist to ensure delivery of program services per agency, state and federal guidelines. You will interview and assess nutritional status, develop nutrition care plans, and monitor progress for eligible clients.
Required B.S. in Nutrition; RD/LD eligibility preferred, with at least two years in community nutrition. Illinois driver’s license and CPR certification are expected. Travel to satellite locations may be required.
