Clinical Success Associate(CSA)

At MD at Home, we provide Advanced Primary Care services to patients who are homebound due to age or chronic illness. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, team-based, home-centered care that helps patients better manage their health and improve quality of life.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Clinical Success Associate (CSA) to join our team!

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting providers and clinical staff through EMR training, workflow optimization, onboarding, and ongoing clinical systems support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys teaching, problem-solving, and working directly with healthcare teams to improve clinical efficiency and patient care.

• Train and onboard providers and clinical support staff
• Support EMR optimization and workflow improvements
• Provide ongoing end-user support and troubleshooting
• Assist with documentation, testing, and implementation of system changes
• Maintain training materials and clinical documentation resources
• Help ensure efficient and effective clinical workflows across the organization
• Medical degree preferred OR Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, MPH, or MBA in Healthcare Analytics
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare software tools
• Training or teaching experience in healthcare preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
