** Availability required between 6:00 AM - 8:30 PM Monday-Friday, with alternating Saturdays 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

* As a Phlebotomist, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing. As a float position, you'll support multiple locations, bringing flexibility, expertise, and outstanding service wherever needed to help maintain quality patient care and laboratory operations.

** What You'll Do*
* + Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections

+ Perform specimen processing and preparation for laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures

+ Verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling accuracy

+ Obtain patient signatures following venipuncture to confirm labeling verification

+ Maintain accurate records and required documentation

+ Travel to and support multiple patient service center and in-office locations as needed

+ Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and professional environment

+ Promote a positive image with patients, clients, employees, and the public

** What We're Looking For*
* + A current, up-to-date resume

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Three years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

+ Minimum of two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred

+ Excellent phlebotomy skills and specimen handling experience

+ Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision

+ Strong customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred

+ Keyboard and data entry experience

+ Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

+ Phlebotomy certification preferred

+ Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to travel between locations as needed

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

+ Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, overtime, and varying schedules based on business needs

+ Ability to meet compliance requirements
