Role DescriptionThe Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Wicker Park, Chicago Illinois. This clinician will evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction with 1:1 care including conditions related to incontinence, pelvic pain, post-partum recovery, fertility , and core stability.
Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and educating patients on self-management strategies and lifestyle modifications. The Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist will document care in accordance with professional and regulatory standards, collaborate closely with other providers to ensure integrated and goal-oriented treatment, and participate in case discussions and practice improvement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge, supporting patient engagement, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive care environment.
Qualifications- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT or DPT) in the state of Illinois, with specialized training or certification in pelvic floor rehabilitation.
- Demonstrated competency in pelvic floor assessment and treatment, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
- Strong clinical reasoning, thorough documentation practices, and commitment to evidence-informed care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative work with patients and an interdisciplinary care team.
- Ability to provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and gender-neutral care to patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in women's health, or post-partum rehabilitation is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site full time in the Greater Chicago Area and contribute to a supportive, team-based practice culture.

- Only BCBS and self pay rates. Get paid a percentage of what your reimbursement rates are roughly (approx. $60 an hour)
