Thresholds in Chicago is seeking a Community Support Specialist for the Safe Haven program. Focused on delivering mental health and substance use support in the client’s community, you’ll coordinate care plans and help clients access services, housing resources, and health care.
You will work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm with opportunities for professional development and clinical supervision to strengthen harm-reduction techniques and trauma-informed care.
