VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate personal care for hospice patients in Chicago, IL. This non-exempt role requires weekend coverage with shifts from 8am to 5pm, and includes mileage reimbursement and full benefits.
The HHA will follow a written plan of care, assist with hygiene, meals, mobility, basic tasks, and report patient status to the VITAS nurse, while maintaining safety and quality of care.
