Erie Family Health Centers in Chicago is seeking an Ameri Corps Health Educator for the High School - School Based Health program. This year-long, full-time role delivers health education and wellness programming to students, coordinates access to vision and dental services, and supports community outreach.
You will provide one-on-one nutrition and health coaching, plan health promotion events, and engage youth advisory boards. CPR certification and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.
