You will provide emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling for patients and families, perform psychosocial assessments, and coordinate discharge planning as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Required:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field and hospital or outpatient mental health experience; licensure as applicable.
