Cath Lab Medical Receptionist, Chicago IL 60652 Full Time | 40 Hours Weekly + Occasional Weekends Pay Rate: $18.00-$23.00 per hour Benefits:

Vascular Centers of America is an outpatient clinic and procedure center helping patients with vascular and knee pain conditions.
We are a positive, exciting, and team oriented environment where every employee feels valued.
Schedule:Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with flexibility)
Occasional weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
40 hours per week
- 2–4 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Minimal Medical Assistant experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical insurance verification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Experience managing multiple phone lines and scheduling appointments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
- Perform patient intake and check-in/check-out procedures
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain patient records and administrative documentation
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage multiple phone lines
- Address patient concerns and answer general questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff
