Cath Lab Medical Receptionist, Chicago IL 60652 Full Time | 40 Hours Weekly + Occasional Weekends Pay Rate: $18.00-$23.00 per hour Benefits:

About Us:

Vascular Centers of America is an outpatient clinic and procedure center helping patients with vascular and knee pain conditions.

We are a positive, exciting, and team oriented environment where every employee feels valued.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with flexibility)
Occasional weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
40 hours per week

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist
  • Minimal Medical Assistant experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical insurance verification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Experience managing multiple phone lines and scheduling appointments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations
  • Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient intake and check-in/check-out procedures
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Maintain patient records and administrative documentation
  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage multiple phone lines
  • Address patient concerns and answer general questions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

    Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff
