Cardio Renal Education Representative

• Deliver approved CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff with patient responsibilities in primary care and relevant specialty settings
• Facilitate live and virtual educational programs covering CKD risk, screening guidelines, and appropriate testing practices
• Conduct activities in compliance with applicable policies, training requirements, and approved educational materials
• Build collaborative relationships with relevant teams
• Serve as an expert educational resource for primary care practices
• Increase awareness of CKD and cardiovascular risk, screening guidelines, testing opportunities, and approaches supporting identification of high-risk patients and care gaps

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, population health, patient education, or a related field
• Experience in cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic disease preferred
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Commitment to professional development and staying current on healthcare trends
• Ability to build trusted relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and office staff
• Proficiency with digital tools, virtual engagement platforms, and evolving technology solutions
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree
• Comfort with technology/virtual engagements
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time; some territories may require significantly more travel
• Overnight travel required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
