Physical Therapist Department Lead / Supervisor (PT)
1409 W. Carroll Ave. Chicago, IL | Monday-Thursday, 10-6:30pm and Friday, 9-5:30pm; opportunities for Saturdays, 8-1:30pm
Compensation & Benefits- Total Compensation Package: Valued between $98,000-$111,000.
- Annual Salary: $80,000–$90,000, based on experience and qualifications.

- Flexibility For New Parents
As a Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead / Supervisor at Eyas Landing, you will provide physical therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes while overseeing a team of Physical Therapists.
You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD),
ADHD
, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth.
- Providing individualized therapy
- Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)
- Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
- Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Physical Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth
Skills Required:
- Required credentials to practice physical therapy.
- Experience working with children and/or clients with special needs preferred.
- Competencies:
