Your MissionThe Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) plays a pivotal role in delivering specialized Adaptive Behavioral Support (ABS) therapy, including Early Intervention services, to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and intellectual or developmental disabilities. Reporting to the ABS Services Coordinator, the OTA collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to assess behavioral needs, deliver evidence‑based interventions, and provide meaningful support to caregivers.
Through a combination individual therapy, group sessions, and caregiver education, the OTA promotes clients’ social‑emotional development, sensory regulation, and functional independence. The OTA also contributes to community outreach efforts and fosters strong partnerships with external organizations to enhance client outcomes. This role is essential in delivering culturally responsive care, reducing service gaps in underserved communities, and upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Salary Range: $53,000 – $63,000 /year | Full Benefits Package Included
This role is based in Chinatown, Chicago, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule.
