Vascular Centers of America - an outpatient clinic and procedure center specializing in vascular disease and leg pain treatment, including Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD).

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • 40 hours per week
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience (required)
  • Phlebotomy: 2 years (preferred)
  • Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program is (preferred)
  • Vascular or specialty clinic experience (preferred)
  • Experience with vitals, blood draws, and medication administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and room patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Obtain vitals and medical history
  • Assist physicians during exams and procedures
  • Perform clinical tasks including EKGs, blood draws, and medication administration
  • Prepare exam rooms and equipment
  • Ensure patient comfort and address concerns
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical staff for a smooth workflow
  • Front desk responsibilities when needed
