Access & Reimbursement Manager; ARM; Lakes

Role:
Field Reimbursement Manager supporting Outlook Therapeutics' retinal disease products, focusing on reimbursement and access strategies for ophthalmology practices.

• Serve as primary reimbursement resource, educate practice staff on payer policies, coding, prior authorization, and claims processes.
• Manage designated territory accounts, lead quarterly business reviews, analyze claims data to identify denial patterns, and support launch readiness efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Patient Services and Market Access.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5-10 years’ experience in reimbursement, market access, or patient services within biotech/pharma, with at least 2 years in field reimbursement.
• Practical knowledge of buy-and-bill reimbursement, Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial payer policies, benefit verification, prior auth, and appeals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and Excel.
• Ability to travel 50-75%.
