Chiesi Global Rare Diseases is a Chiesi Group’s business unit established in February 2020 and focused on research, development and commercialization of treatments and patient support services for rare and ultra-rare disorders, many of whom have limited or no treatments available.
This unit is based in Boston, Massachusetts, with a strong synergy with the headquarters in Parma.

Who we are looking forThis is what you will do
The Field Reimbursement Manager will offer field-based reimbursement education and patient access expertise to leading HAE centers and the healthcare provider (HCP) community. This role is crucial to ensure that patients successfully initiate and maintain therapy.
Acting as the primary contact for all reimbursement and access-related inquiries, the Field Reimbursement Manager will collaborate with the Regional Disease Account Managers (RDAMs), HCPs, specialty pharmacies, payers, patients, and our HUB vendor partner. We are seeking a candidate who is deeply committed and passionate about achieving outstanding results while delivering and advancing exceptional patient care with a specialized focus and dedication to the HAE community.
You’ll be responsible for:- Provide compliant reimbursement and access education to designated accounts within the assigned territory (Minneapolis, MN & Chicago, IL)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key partners and vendors to ensure a seamless experience for patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support seamless, uninterrupted access for patients and providers across the product lifecycle
- Serve as a subject matter expert to prevent and address access and reimbursement issues. This involves providing proactive education and problem-solving strategies
- Provide education on affordability assistance options including copay assistance
- Provide non-medical, educational support including what to expect when initiating therapy
- Work seamlessly and in coordination with patient support services, specialty pharmacies, HUB vendor partner and other field teams to support patient access
