Hourly Pay Range: $35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

A Brief Overview:
Reporting to a director, the role is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of practice operations; responding to patient and staff issues as they occur; responsible for staff development, performance management, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, policies and procedures and quality standards of a medical group clinic. Responsible for personnel engaged in patient reception, registration, scheduling, rooming etc., ensuring that clinicians are properly supported.

Responsible for managing all aspects of a project over the project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close) in support of the organization’s strategic objectives and ongoing operations. Develops project tasks, milestones and deliverables using a standard set of tools to ensure timely completion of project.

What you will do
  • Manages all support staff in the delivery of patient services with dedicated on-site clinic presence including provider templates
  • Provide staff with day-to-day direction and tasks
  • Develops staff schedules, workflows and coordinates regular staff and professional meetings
  • Partner with team to address concerns and offer solutions
  • Oversee talent management, including performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions, as needed.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, training, performance management, and accountability practices.
  • Maintain training and orientation of staff and providers; provide input into developing and updating training
  • Exercises independent judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions for moderately complex issues
  • Monitor patient experience and employee engagement scores and develop tactics to improve areas of opportunity
  • Responsible for monitoring and meeting budgetary goals for clinics/teams;
    Evaluate and report variances to director
  • Collaborates with site-based provider leaders to coordinate communication, cascade key information, and facilitate bi-directional feedback to drive alignment, responsiveness, and operational improvement
  • Performs quality audits; partners with quality to assess outcomes and plans for improvement
  • Ensuring services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and maintaining applicable accreditations with key organizations
  • May be required to perform additional responsibilities as needed.
What you will need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred OR 5+ Years experience in healthcare management, with a strong background in medical practice or hospital management required.
  • AHA Heart saver CPR
    - American Heart Association (AHA) Preferred
