Part-Time AM Schedule Position
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated team player who is willing to work a part-time AM schedule 6:30AM - 2:30PM with rotating weekends. This is a position within our Skilled Department at a 24/7 community.
The schedule consists of Four 8.5 hour shifts per pay period, which means you are guaranteed 32 hours per pay check. Other shifts are always available to pick-up.
Schedule Example:
Week 1 - Sunday & Thursday 6:30am - 2:30pm
Week 2 - Monday & Saturday 6:30am - 2:30pm

Shift DifferentialsPosition Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the residents with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and social and spiritual pursuits to the best of their abilities while promoting their dignity, independence, self-determination, privacy, choice, and rights.
Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities
- Assist the residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) and medication reminders.
- Identify residents' physical and cognitive changes, making appropriate follow-up decisions, documentation, and communication to appropriate associates.
- Assist the residents with leisure time programming, including escorting them to and from activities.
- Assist with dining services and general housekeeping duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
Position Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma/GED
Licenses/Certifications:
N/A
Experience:
1-2+ years of caregiving experience preferred
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to show compassion and empathy toward residents and associates
USD $18.00/Hr.
