• Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient delivery of high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with the management team to establish and achieve departmental goals, objectives, and benchmarks
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to drive continuous improvement and excellence
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting team building, communication, and employee engagement
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Analyze and report on departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field (healthcare management or leadership preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
