Qualifications &

Required Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech and Communication Disorders
• Current Illinois SLP-CCC license
• Strong background in school-based speech therapy, pediatrics, and healthcare
• Open to both experienced SLPs and candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with teachers, families, and administrators

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver therapy to students identified on your caseload
• Provide intervention for articulation, receptive and expressive language, voice, fluency, and social communication
• Keep timely and accurate progress documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student growth
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Foster an encouraging learning environment for all students
