# TMS Technician / Patient Care Coordinator Chicago, IL   full time## About This Role Join a growing TMS and ketamine clinic in River North, Chicago as our TMS Technician. This is a dual role combining technical TMS operations with patient care coordination responsibilities.

You'll be the primary person interacting with patients during their TMS journey — from initial equipment calibration through treatment completion. We're looking for someone who is both technically capable and genuinely caring.

Our clinic uses Brains Way Deep TMS and Neuro Star systems. New grads welcome — we'll certify the right candidate.## Requirements- MA, RN, or related healthcare certification preferred- TMS certification a plus (not required — we provide training)- Experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting
- Compassionate, patient-first attitude- EMR experience (eClinicalWorks preferred)## Responsibilities
- Perform TMS treatment sessions using Brains Way and Neuro Star systems
- Conduct patient intake assessments and vitals checks
- Manage treatment scheduling and reminders
- Communicate with referring psychiatrists regarding progress
- Maintain treatment logs and clinical documentation
- Participate in weekly clinical team meetings## Benefits
