Saturday – Sunday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Job SummaryPilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Professional to participate in the implementation of the individual’s service plan, specifically designed to increase an individual’s skills in independence in daily living, economic self-sufficiency and community integration.
Responsibilities- Provides crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed
- Conducts ongoing assessment and therapeutic engagement
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with internal and external resources
- Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
- Active Drivers License
- Community mental health experience preferred
- Cultural humility and the ability to build trust with diverse populations
- Strong documentation and collaboration skills
- Compensation: $20.19 per hour
- Ongoing professional development, including clinical supervision and virtual trainings
