Job Summary:

Cytologist in Chicago, IL This position involves performing cytotechnology procedures according to established protocols. The role requires working primarily alone to support laboratory operations and ensures high-quality specimen analysis. The assignment is scheduled to start on 10/04/2026 and will last approximately six weeks.

Job Details:

• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Minimum of 1 year of cytotechnology experience, at least 2 travel assignments; proficiency in laboratory procedures; CT (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification; licensed as a Cytotechnologist
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  New graduates are not accepted for this role.
• Additional Information:
  The position may require working independently as the primary cytotechnologist. Creds are due the Thursday before the start date. The assignment is biweekly payroll; the position does not involve on-call responsibilities or weekend/Holiday work; hours on holidays may be affected.
