FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Cresskill, NJ and surrounding communities, and we’re seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private residences and senior living settings through the Geriatric House Calls model.
This in-home PT role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient outcomes, with opportunities to incorporate telehealth when appropriate and to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
