Regional Behavioral Health Technician

Location: Chicago, IL (Supports Chicago, Glenview & Hoffman Estates Centers)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Pay Range: $22-$24/hour DOE + Full Benefits Package

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. Full-time
, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between 7am-7pm. This role requires consistent availability during those hours, though exact shift times may vary.

This is a regional position and travel is required to cover our Chicago, Glenview and Hoffman Estates centers, as needed.

• Location: This is a regional role and will require regular travel throughout the region and will provide coverage for all area centers with mileage reimbursed in accordance with company policy. Reliable personal transportation is required.

• Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial relevant work experience preferably in patient or customer facing roles. Stable and consistent work history.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and Sales Force preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Travel Requirements: Must be willing and able to travel between clinic locations as needed to meet business and operational needs.
• Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.
