Nightingale Home Healthcare is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled therapy in patients' homes across Chicago and surrounding areas. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver therapy, supervise PTAs and HHAs, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality care.
Ideal candidates have an active PT license, at least 1 year of home health experience, and are comfortable with Well Sky EMR. Flexible scheduling and strong team support are offered.
