Certified Recovery Support Specialist - Community Support Team

Schedule3 day/week (Monday - Friday) 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Job SummaryPilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Recovery Support Specialist to participate in the implementation of the individual’s service plan, specifically designed to increase an individual’s skills in independence in daily living, economic self-sufficiency and community integration.
Responsibilities- Provides crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed
- Uses lived experience to deliver peer support, encouragement, and recovery-oriented care
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Facilitates structured therapeutic and psycho educational groups
- Assists participants in accessing services identified in their treatment plans
- Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards
- High School Diploma, or equivalent required
- Active Drivers License
- Community mental health experience preferred
- Cultural humility and the ability to build trust with diverse populations
- Strong documentation and collaboration skills
- Hourly Rate: $20.19 per hour
